saluki17 1144 Report post Posted April 18, 2018 Wow, in a public forum thread!
waterat 20911 Report post Posted April 18, 2018 Unfortunate that you need to ask these questions. You'll need to establish your own screening protocol. Don't know whether you can gain access to the SP only area as a new and still moderated member (I am not an SP!) but you may get a response there. @saluki: need to be understanding - she's new and moderated.....
GoinDown 3669 Report post Posted April 18, 2018 strongly suggest OP deletes her post before the moderator does.
Katherine of Halifax 113932 Report post Posted April 18, 2018 I don't think she knows how to delete. I messaged her and explained how to do so.
Meaghan McLeod 179664 Report post Posted April 18, 2018 This thread can only be deleted by mod as it's been replied to. However, the op can edit it, then delete the info on it. One of the reasons so many hobbyists don't like giving their personal info to new providers.
ZugZug 1475 Report post Posted April 18, 2018 need to be understanding - she's new and moderated..... It's all well and good she is new, but posting info like that, in an open (public forum) with a real first and last name? This is a very real nightmare situation that only makes life harder (and more dangerous) for all SPs.
Meg O'Ryan 266444 Report post Posted April 18, 2018 New or not...common sense should prevail. This is unacceptable and reflects very badly on all of us!

WhereIRoam 21825 Report post Posted April 18, 2018 New or not...common sense should prevail. This is unacceptable and reflects very badly on all of us! I don't think it reflects badly on providers or people in the industry, I think it reflects badly on ever giving out real personal information and why having a hobby email is so important.
waterat 20911 Report post Posted April 19, 2018 As I noted above I assumed she had posted 'aliases' So.... has anyone reported the post? Her profile indicates she hasn't been on the board since prior to the posts raising concerns....
