Sheldorafk 1110 Report post Posted April 28, 2018 Hi I recently had my first close call with cops after prob seeing 30-40 providers over the years. I won't use any names or which hotel, but if I share my story can others as well? Needless to say I freaked out a bit and left. I msg'd a provider I have seen 3 times, so know she's real. However, I lost her number and when I saw her pics again the msgs felt different. I did go and just by luck saw a police vehicle behind the far building before I parked. I quickly darted out of the lot and messaged her when I was away. She seemed normal, but once I canceled, I could see the police cruiser pull out a min later. Now I know this could be coincidence entirely but it was really odd. Your thoughts?
Ashley Ann 75247 Report post Posted April 28, 2018 Best to be safe rather than sorry, but I think you may be a little bit paranoid. I am certain other ladies can relate, but I cannot tell you how many times I have had clients indicate ( including both regular and first timers) that they would not come to see me once they reached the spot, because a police cruiser was nearby lol. Don't get me wrong, no one wants to be exposed, especially via police- but sometimes cruisers just happen to be parked close by for another matter. :)
TorontoMelanieJolliet 4458 Report post Posted May 4, 2018 To add: I think that you're pulling out of lot after seeing that is more suspicious then if you had stayed and carried on. They notice things like that. And they wouldn't bother you but could probably guess you were there to see someone 'special' and your actions would only confirm their suspicions that 'special' people are staying there. As long as you are not entering a room from the outside why the paranoia? Your hostess may have been busy when she was first replying to you (so not 'normal' banter) and caused you, in hindsight, to think something was up...after taking off from the parking lot. Sometimes stopping what you are doing is more suspicious then just carrying on :)
KarmaKiss 10585 Report post Posted May 4, 2018 A lot of times cruisers will pull in to parking lots to fill out paper work or to just sit to talk on the phone. This situation strikes me as pure coincidence to be honest. Especially seeing as you had seen this lady before. I have seen many clients while police have been in the parking lot without incident as I have used many hotels right by the 401 in different cities.

Visiting an escort has nothing to do with human trafficking . Visit with confidence , own yourself and you have no worries ever.

While that is a fact :) it doesn't stop poe poe from doing their own thing ;) Good to keep in mind if you are a 'special' guest and want to continue to mind your own business and continue to carry on your life with some privacy. (we need emojis ... lol ... should we start a petition? )

They aren't going to be using her phone fwiw plus, if this is such a concern why didn't you just phone her and talk to her, rather than basically fake booking & running off like that. it is an appointment time she set for you, waited for you, potentially turned away others for you, & you kind of blew her off with no notice.
lakeranger 944 Report post Posted May 8, 2018 Visiting an escort has nothing to do with human trafficking . Visit with confidence , own yourself and you have no worries ever. I agree 100% with your statement in principle. Unfortunately in practice there is a fast growing dark criminal element of our society that is jeopardizing the safety, credibility and image of legitimate independent escorts and hobbyists. I don't know statistics however I can tell you that human trafficking is real and it's happening with greater frequency in small towns in Eastern Ontario as well as the larger urban centers. I know the difference between an independent SP making her own choices and someone being pimped out. That's largely due to being a member of Lyla.com. Not everyone is aware of the often subtle nuances required to distinguish between the two. Some human traffickers are becoming pretty slick at masquerading as an independent SP. The general population, legislators and law enforcement make no distinction between the two. Escorts, independent or otherwise are marginalized into the same category and so are the men that visit them.

I can't see the OPP being to concerned with it. I know Kingston and Belleville PD don't have time to worry about it. But yes it can still be a little intimidating seeing a cruiser sitting there. Especially if you show up in a work truck with the company all over the side lol
Sheldorafk 1110 Report post Posted May 9, 2018 Appreciate all the comments :) Good discussion going on. I do feel bad for bailing on her, I did message but I wasted her time :( But for me it just felt wrong and instinct took over. The whole flight or fight response. Calitos 226 Report post Posted May 10, 2018 I also heard from a SP that tours in Kingston that hotels are making things difficult for SP to book hotels in Ontario. Seems like it started in Ottawa and now it started to happen in Kingston. If this cntinie to spread, it will reduce the SPs ofdering incall services in hotels and either force SP to get a private residence or do outcalls. The police are working with local hotels to educate security, front desk and other staff on how to identify escort and potential human trafficking activities and report it to law enforcement. I mentioned this earlier; regardless of what the law states, politicians, law enforcement and the general population see no distinction between independent escorts vs prostitution and human trafficking activities. Additional Comments: The police are working with local hotels to educate security, front desk and other staff on how to identify escort and potential human trafficking activities and report it to law enforcement. I mentioned this earlier; regardless of what the law states, politicians, law enforcement and the general population see no distinction between independent escorts vs prostitution and human trafficking activities. There is always a news story or wave of hotel staff education as to how to ferret out escorts vs females just staying there (and to the staff they are basically all the same, any female traveling alone is shot first and asked questions later). Nothing worth noting there. And how can a hotel stop females from staying in their hotel? Unless she is checking in with some corporate rate or in a group, then how much of that business will be lost if they just turn down any female who travels alone? And we are well aware of the stigma attached to our business. There are threads on it all over the internet ;) ^_^
