Adult Industry Management: Participate in Research on Work, Health, and the Law

Do you work in an erotic spa, an escort agency or a dance establishment?[/B]

â?¦ If so, we would love to hear from you.


We are researchers from the University of Victoria working on a national study of manager and owners in adult industry businesses. We will be in St John's from April 13th - 22nd to do interviews. We want to hear about your work experiences, your interactions with clients and workers, and your opinions on workplace health and the law.

All interviews are confidential and anonymous and we provide $100 in exchange for your time and expertise.

Who are managers and what are their workplace roles, responsibilities, and experiences?
What skills and knowledge do managers possess that are important to their work?
What factors influence relationships and interactions between managers, clients, and workers?
What are management views on health and well-being at work?
What do managers think about Canadian laws and regulations which affect adult businesses?
