In my 30's avoided it on the same day prior to a date. Now in my 40's I try to avoid masturbation for 48 hours or more to highten my sensitivity. I also no longer try for msog within an hour. To be honest.....I do try and hold off for 24hrs before a selected pre arranged appointment....but even doing that does not always promise an exploding finish for me. yup....I can hold off for days......and have incrdible sex....but no happy ending.....then I can masturbate days on end each day multiple times a day...then have an encounter...and have a happy finish..... it all depends on the stars...moon and tides for me....
