AFAIK you can write Flash apps for mobile devices but I'm not sure if you can embed it into a mobile website. I also use an iPhone, no luck with Flash out of the box. You can get flah support using a version potted from Htc named frash. Install sbsettings and the frash toggle to save your battery life.
