Given the nature of this forum, I think any MA mentioned here will give you the release bit, and at least some amount of mutual sensual touching (some allow more than others in any case; YMMV in all cases; if you really care a lot about this, get in touch with the MA you're thinking about and ask). And hell, get out there and experiment!
