Guest Report post Posted August 2, 2018 In all fairness, this was started the second Ford became the party leader. I'm more concerned with the Toronto city council thing. We got to be pretty naïve to think Ford didn't had this plan in mind during the campaign. If he would have made it a campaign promise, it would have been much easier to implement. But because he pulled it out of his as.. after the election, this will drag in court for years and we/tax-payers will be stuck with the legal bill. The idea could have been interesting.
