Taylor32 431 Report post Posted February 6, 2019 I had previously posted asking for recommendations for hotels in Kingston however I can no longer find the thread! Wondering if anyone has recommendations other than the Ambassador Hotel, hoping to try a new hotel for my next trip down. Thank you in advance ox. BLUEDEVIL2222 857 Report post Posted February 6, 2019 Well downtown you have the holiday inn and 4 points Sheraton good for you as there is a vast variety of restaurants etc. There is a courtyard by Marriott off division street and 401 ample parking easy to get to and a bit of shopping for you in the outlets that surrounds it. Hmm hope that kinda helps you.

BLUEDEVIL2222 857 Report post Posted February 6, 2019 Ok glad I could help, now on the minus side not really many restaurants for you. There is a Boston pizza across the parking lot and Swiss chalet is close also than it’s more a mix of fast food places

harboursmoke 3087 Report post Posted February 10, 2019 (edited) I used to book the Seven Oaks Motel in Kingston. Their best suite, with hot tub, is right above the main office and the majority of their rooms are way in the back off the street. I found that offered great privacy. The street its on, Princess, is also very busy so coming and going from it wont draw attention. Its well located with lots of amenities close by. It is an older motel and its defiantly not the most modern and up to date place you will find, but I found it clean and comfortable. It offered all the privacy I wanted. I am also the guy who is building a self reliant camp on 100+ acres of land in NS; so maybe roughing it and seclusion are more my thing than others lol. Man the times I had in that suite!
