Most things will be covered in FAQ, some other SPs will assist you in private messages or replying to this topic. Reviews will assist a lot in creating a reliability for yourself and allowing other hobbyists potentially viewing you. Scroll down to your province, select, scroll to your city (or closest one) and there you'll find where to post ads. Keep participating and asking questions to get beyond 'moderated staus'. Lyla was recently purchased by new owners and the current moderators don't appear to be monitoring status nor updating it very frequently so be patient. Welcome and enjoy!
