I do recommend, if you go this route, make sure you are with a Canadian company. All the laws against are in the US. Also, a small disclaimer saying something along the lines of 'these photos are artistic representation of the model', or similar, can take away any attempt to label them as obscene or pornographic. Don't use obscene or pornographic images on your regular site pages. Have a member's login area for that 😉 A good disclaimer is always nice to have too. Feel free to PM for any more tips and hints 🙂 That seems like extremely useful and sensible advice. Any ladies reading this and getting started with a web site I recommend following Raquel's advice. I'd tweak one thing and say if you can't find a Canadian company at least find an offshore company, not a US host. One other tip. This comes as a client. Keep your site fresh, rotate your pics, maybe do a weekly blog type post, anything to keep me interested in coming back. halifaxlocal 150 Report post Posted November 23, 2019 If you are considering wordpress, you can self host it on Amazon Web Services. They have a free tier of services that are fine for hosting a small website. You would have to buy a domain name, costs around $10/year for that. It is a bit more difficult than using a hosting provider, but if you have some tech knowledge it isn't too difficult. There are a bunch of guides if you google "wordpress on aws free tier".
