     It sometimes take a few pictures before getting a hit. The "Instagram" quality of the pics were a clear giveaway.

We’re going to have agree to disagree on that one. It’s relatively simple to take photos and still conceal identity. Neck down shots, or shots with the face looking away, or even an emoji over the face in the mirror. 

I’m tolerant of white lies such as a lady saying she’s age 39 when we both know she’s 44. But stealing someone else’s picture... that’s unfair to the client and even more unfair to the original person. That’s someone else profiting from their work, their body, and their reputation.  It’s as invasive of privacy as you get. It’s an insult to all the considerable effort that these ladies take in their appearance. 

In my oh-so-humble opinion, people steal pictures for one reason, and one reason only,.. to lure clients in as part of bait and switch.

To say that “a lot” of SPs steal pictures... well, none of the reputable ones do, and that alone should tell you something.

DISCLAIMER - the exception is VIPOTG and some other Asian agencies. Everyone knows the pictures aren’t the girls, they don’t even try to pretend they are.

This exception becomes invalid when the person behind the ad is bold enough to write "100% real pics".

  From there it becomes fair game for criticism.
