Guest S**a*Q Report post Posted May 7, 2011 Alright, so I've volunteered to plan the next social. :) It is going to be a themed one: Welcome to Carnivale! I don't know when the date will be yet. I'm looking for help. Lots of it. I'm going to need a planning commitee, and volunteers to run the booths, or entertainers. Everyone pays for themselves. All proceeds go to ensure the best night ever and to the selected charities. Ideas I have so far, a kissing booth, burlesque show, a suspension show, a few game booths (ring toss, bingo, pingpong balls in cup game... etc) Please let me know either on this thread or through PMs, what you'd be interested in helping out with, or if you are an entertainer, let me know what you can do and what you need to do it. :) I want to raise money for POWER (Prostitutes of Ottawa, Work, Educate and Resist) and obviously recomp any cash that was put in for supplies. Camping events, hall events, church events, and cook for 100 at the drop of a hat, sometimes over an open fire! I am completely computer and graphic savvy and have an eye for decorative touches.
