Guest D***el B***e Report post Posted February 11, 2015 Got thrown under the bus by a co-worker at the office. It's not the first time he does that to people. He thinks he knows everything and he's constantly on the attack with everyone. I could choke him but instead I'll just sit tight and watch him self-destruct. He doesn't know it yet, but he's getting fired in a week or so ... hehehe!
longslowlicks 330 Report post Posted February 16, 2015 In over a three week period, we've had two major snowstorms and three blizzards, each storm dumping at least 20-30 cm and each blizzard dropping at least 60 cm. We're now over 200cm of snow for February. And another 25-40 cm forecast for Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Old man winter can officially go fuck himself with a frozen dildo!
Meaghan McLeod 179664 Report post Posted February 16, 2015 Why is it the phone rings off the hook during blizzards? I don't understand it. When the police say stay off the roads unless it's an emergency, I don't think they would qualify seeing an escort as an emergency.

Well I guess you are right it's not really an emergency but not seeing a beautiful CERB lady could leave a guy all alone and in a Hard spot. Poor little lamb. His family must be beside themselves. :( I know nothing about this case except the basic info I heard on the news last night... I don't know what the family situation is/was but I know this is such a horrible thing to happen to an innocent 3 year old... My thought and prayers go out to this child and to those who loved him... losing your child is probably one of the hardest things you can face in life and the parents/guardians of this child will live with this pain forever. We're mistakes made...could this have been avoided... who knows... but I am sure that will be all followed up on and appropriate step taken as they should be... But the one thing I am pretty sure of is that those who loved this little child don't need uninformed troll adding to their pain...the pain of their loss is I am sure all consuming. Meaghan McLeod 179664 Report post Posted February 20, 2015 The dog I adopted from the spca was supposedly spayed, but wasn't. I took her in this week to be spayed. She is not doing well and needs additional emergency surgery. She is so lethargic and won't eat. The blood work suggests she has internal bleeding. Thankfully when you adopt, they give a free pet insurance trial. So it will cover 80% of the bill. I feel bad for her though. She's had a rough couple of months being at the shelter and now this. Her heart is broken and I hope she doesn't give up.

Such a simple procedure shouldn't lead to complications, be with her and hold her as much as you can, and pray, that's all you can do.

oldblueeyez 15475 Report post Posted February 20, 2015 Poor little lamb. His family must be beside themselves. :( My heart sank a bit when I saw that he had died. I'm not going to mince words though; a 3-year old has to be watched all the time; they don't just "wander away"; a dog "wanders away". No excuses. Whoever was caring for him at the time has to pay. The details of this case will undoubtedly be gone through with a fine tooth comb and I have no doubt that if there was child neglect or negligence by the child's caregiver then appropriate legal proceeding will be taken.... Whatever the outcome of that process I would suggest however that those who had the care of this child, if they loved him... then they are already paying in ways that will far exceed any legal repercussions they might experience. oldblueeyez 15475 Report post Posted February 21, 2015 WTF!? And now somebody lets their 4 year old wander around outside in -15 temps?! Toronto mother faces charges after boy found wandering naked in cold I'm sorry, but I'm beginning to think Saudi Arabia has a good thing going on when it comes to punishment: these parents should be flown up north and dropped off in the Arctic Circle with just their underwear and given a big "FUCK YOU!" Honey Man 12759 Report post Posted February 22, 2015 I have two people with the same name I frequently text. Today I got a txt from my banker and worked out some arraignments. Then I had to txt a business partner some fine details on a venture we are putting together. I always text my partner in partial code rather then write things out. So as part of my code I asked my partner did he prefer a draft or c i m. Now reading that my banker if he is up on the latest lingo might wonder why I would ask him if he wanted c i m lmfao lol If he asks this will be hard to explain lol and c i m is cash in the mail lol
roamingguy 300292 Report post Posted February 24, 2015 Took the car in for an oil change, found out I need a new battery. If it was Spring/Summer/Fall I would have gone to Canadian Tire, buy my own and install it myself.
