I am pretty sure that reports of bait and switch or scams need to have some evidence to back them up... or some way to validate this. ( I will take it up with the Mod). Without that any old client who had had a bad experience that may have been due to his own behavior could post whatever they like. Or other SP's could ask a client friend with an account to trash the competition. Also this is posted in the wrong section .
