Question about Posting Recommendation

I have read the forum rules and guidelines, but maybe I missed this. 

 

When we post recommendations, are we only allowed to post recommendations on providers who advertise on leolist or any provider we know? 

 

I am new here, but I seem to understand Lyla is associated with Leolist, and I just want to make sure I don't step on anybody's toes.

  The recommendations can be for providers advertising anywhere, conditional they are not on any Do Not Discuss lists or have clear no reviews/recommendations policies. The board used to favor providers who were also members, but this was dropped a few years ago. As long you can provide a link, have her consent, don't secretly promote her and follow the rules, things should be fine.
