Duplicate recommendation threads

Hi everyone.

We have noticed that there are some instances where a Provider has two or even three recommendation threads. We are working on clearing these up but if you spot any please do notify one of us. You can do this by reporting the thread and mentioning that it's a duplicate or just message me directly.
