Sharpe 771 Report post Posted November 28, 2020 What someone has to say in these Lyla discussion can also be important. I would also take a look at a lady’s Twitter page. Often get an unfiltered look at where they’re coming from and what they’re about.

We can do our very best, but there will people we never jive with and that's okay. I think that's goes along the lines of respect and being able as two adults have that conversation to say 'I am not your person.' I have done this a couple of times and if I think someone might be a better fit for them, I would offer that information to them to go inquire. If there is chemistry! We know how much more both of us look forward to the date and the time we have together. We also have to consider, we don't know the clients story and why they are seeing us. It could be a one time thing, their regular provider wasn't available, it is a moment of convenience, or whatever it is. I always try my best to make it a moment they wont forget. Even if I never see them again, they have the fond memories to look back on.
Guest JamesB700 Report post Posted December 1, 2020 Hi Allie, What a great topic. Very interesting. It's a question that can be both simple and complex. From the responses so far it's easy to see that for most there is a lot that goes into choosing who to visit with. I think you are on to something when comparing younger and older clients. And, let me state from the begining, there are always exceptions. Some people, clients or companions, who are younger, let's say 20's, will behave more mature and some older, let's say 40+, might behave immature or more youthful for their age. So I would think that you could generally say that men in their 20's are looking for the physical attraction combined with a porn star skill set and older men are looking for.... so much more. This is where we depart from the simple and begin our journey into the complex. We are all individuals and unique in our own endearing ways. Combine that with ones personal life experiences and you end up with an immeasurable array of personalities. Wouldn't life be boring if we were all the same? I, as you may have guessed, am of the mature group. There is so much to say and not enough time to say it all. I feel a rambling coming. Lol. For me, certainly there is a first attraction from pictures. I, like Notch, enjoy variety. I like big and small, short or tall, plump or petit and young (20's+) and mature (40's+) as well as all ethnicities. Clarification, I have not tried them all but am open to all. Haha. Once a picture catches my attention I look closer and read the ad. If that reads well i look for the companion here on lyla. Preference is given to those that actually belong and have an ongoing presence here. But at the very least I hope to find glowing reviews that reflect what I hope to experience with a companion. The idea of sex appeal was mentioned earlier and cannot be underestimated. That in itself is a topic to be discussed separately. It's very powerful. I believe a successful companion will be able to convey that from the start. Beginning with the photos and the composition of the ad and following through in person during the visit. Wrapped up into the bundle is also the ability to be personable. To be able to greet and welcome someone into your company like a friend. Make them comfortable. Read them almost instantly, because we are all individuals, and tailor the visit just for them. I think the few really successful companions are more easily able to do this. Like a cameleon adapt themselves to some degree. Simply able to quickly discover what the clients truly wants most of all. Then deliver that as well or better than anyone else in such a short time frame. My few cents

I literally sit and talk with new clients at least for a good 15-20 minutes, asking them some questions as well as their expectation to get the sense of who they are and what they like, need and want before proceeding to the session:) 7
HenryOcean 196 Report post Posted December 2, 2020 Thank you @Allie Zeon for this interesting post. I am in my mid 30s and while I can definitely agree various ages expect very different outcomes in their sessions. Sex appeal was very important in my early 20s with the expectation of pornstar looks but with more maturity, perspectives change. Now I find it more appealing when a lady, whatever the age, expresses herself with confidence and elegance, yet humble and kind with a good sense of humor. I have always admired the light touch of fingertips, soft spoken words and especially the chemistry when locking eyes. Chemistry is not always instant nor as @StephanieMystique mentioned "garunteed" but it is powerful turn-on when it happens. As there is many wonderful ladies I have yet to meet, respect and appreciation to you all! 9
Allie Zeon 2925 Report post Posted December 2, 2020 (edited) Once upon a time, I would only consider dating a man only if he meet certain height and body type standard, over 6 foot and very athletic. Silly and shallow me, I have missed all those opportunities of dating a true gentleman, who cannot be judge simply by their height and body type but rather from the “size” of their heart...their warmth....attention...sense of responsibility...and so on. I’ve travelled in 51 countries and I realize that communication is very crucial to a successful relationship, simply put, to make it rather simple: chemistry. I never feel connected strongly with someone rather than just a great sex if the man does not speak fluent the language that I speak. This is probably the reason I never have a successful tour in Quebec province. It’s definitely because of language barrier. My French is not good enough to create the bond with a French, Québécois client, especially those who don’t master English either, Too bad eh? Language is definitely not my forte. I wish I could master Spanish,Chinese, German, French, Arabic and Turkish. I probably have to wait till my next life lol 😂 Anyway, Thank you for for your input dear @HenryOcean Edited December 2, 2020 by Allie Zeon 5

Sumac 1105 Report post Posted December 3, 2020 Reviews are critical in choosing...as is a nice ad with honest pictures. To cultivate repeat clients though seems to require a little novelty or changes in the encounters. People say they want the same thing but marketers have know for decades that a little novelty increases interest.
Zachmont 3826 Report post Posted December 3, 2020 From a slightly different perspective, articulation is often a key factor for me. While I’m not dismissing or putting anyone down, if you have 14 different emojis in your ad, or repeatedly use urban slang, I’m probably not your target customer and the odds of chemistry between us aren’t as high. A well written ad will catch my attention as quick as photos. To reiterate what Allie said, being able to talk intelligently with someone and connect with them makes a huge difference.

It has been mentioned above. Great communication is crucial. And those who are intelligent and articulate will be suited best for upscale clients like you dear 👍 Btw, what do you think about dress code? One of my dear clients suggesting me to dress up feminine instead of sporty and casual when I see a client 😊

Even so, like was said, an articulate ad, and an image that speaks of health and confidence and a positive review go a long way. I’d feel safer, and I would give better odds that the encounter would be more fulfilling. If all I wanted to see was a <insert part name> to look at, there are free porn sites with a wide selection. If I am going to meet someone, I’d want to know who I’m meeting. I know once I saw someone in part as they had a recreation of 15th century Scottish claymore (sword) as a prop to build out their image as a red haired highlander. -cbs Agree totally. Reviews are very crucial. O boy...I remember almost 3 years ago when I started this profession with no review and I only had 1 client in a week😅

One of my dear clients suggesting me to dress up feminine instead of sporty and casual when I see a client 😊 I'm likely the exception to the rule... I'm perfectly happy with literally whatever. Some ladies are more comfortable in lingerie as it sets the mood, but I'd just as happy with jeans/sweats and a teeshirt if that's what they prefer. In some ways, more so. Really, whatever makes my companion happy and most comfortable. If I'm getting a playstation 5 for christmas, I'm not going to be the one complaining about the wrapping paper! I do get that others are more sexually turned on by clothing, it's just not particularly me. For pictures in an ad, however, I'd probably expect a bit more "sexy" for lack of a better term. I don't expect a full carnal display, but something tasteful and with effort/thought put in. A semi-professional or tasteful photoshoot shows more effort (and dare I say professionalism?) than a mirror selfie, which in turn suggests something about the lady in question to me. I do admit to being a sucker for a woman with a pony tail, though 🙂

You show the item that you are selling so if you are selling your beauty you should make sure that you show it at its best ! Show exactly what you are selling or the most attractive part of your body, including the face(if you are not afraid of showing it of course).
