roamingguy 300292 Report post Posted December 24, 2020 Well I think most of us can agree 2020 overall was a sh*tty year...I know it had its downers...more than a few for me This post and thread are to post some good things (big, small, in between) that happened to you in 2020 or just happened in 2020 generally you liked 1. Beatrix who I rescued in Oct 2019 finds I get on her nerves but she hasn't kicked me out of her apartment...yet 😹 2 Vaccine for coronavirus coming...seems there is hope. Fingers crossed 🤞 3. IRL contact with family and friends extremely limited but contact still kept (probably more so now) thru text email and phone 4 Finally after over a year of waiting got my MRI confirming torn minescus in the knee. Positive because now...well after lockdown I guess, they can do surgery 5 And lastly I met a new companion this year for a few dates. Everyone probably has their own special companion. Haven't discussed whether to write a recommendation or not. Pic is here. Apologies if anyone thinks my humour can be twisted at times...blame it on 2020 RG 2
wynn 589 Report post Posted December 24, 2020 I had the opportunity to meet some new ladies earlier in the year. Each was special in her own way and I appreciate the smiles they put on my face. I wish all here a great Christmas and I hope you all have someone special with whom to spend the day.
Guest lydiahardwood Report post Posted December 24, 2020 Some good things for me: - I got to start working with you guys! And had the chance to virtually meet some fantastic colleagues @Mod_Ad @ModCat @MRT87 - A lot of companies finally got the memo that working remotely is entirely possible, I really do think this will open opportunities for many in the future! - Taylor Swift - The Queen's Gambit - Tiger King - The Mandalorian - COVID memes (particularly this thread)
Guest Report post Posted December 24, 2020 Can be seen both ways but 2020 gave us time to reevaluate things and people we often took for granted. Common sense, patience and rationality wins over chaos and disinformation.

RG I've seen her twin sister for a few dates.... she's left handed though. Your pic has inspired me to consider a duo, RG!
JessyCeleste 14078 Report post Posted December 28, 2020 Personally, I made a porn site which is pretty cool esp as I did it completely by myself, no middle man nothing which I think is positive for the industry, feminism and independence as a whole.. but thats just me and its not like its going to change the world but Im not the only one and given how Only Fans has repeatedly screwed girls over by simply telling them to shove it on pay day, content creators like myself may one day become the norm. Would this have happened without covid? Probably but not for me and likely not for many therefore not for a long time. On a much larger scale I think the silver lining of 2020 is that we no longer take things for granted. As much as we complain, I think we even now should remember to be grateful for the fact this happened in 2020 rather than 1990... not only without video calls but a time without SMS, without personal emails AND where a long distances phone call cost an arm and a leg. We may feel isolated but honestly, we really aren't. Those who have contacted me and asked how I;m doing, my answer this year has been, "I'm great and grateful" and because of viewing things this way, I haven;t been miserable in the least. Another thing is I think we Canadians got a real reminder of just how amazing this country truly is. Yay Canada! Sending all of you love

Liza 17 Report post Posted January 5, 2021 Telework will become a norm, which is good for the environment; Some people have made a conscious effort to help small and local businesses; What we took for granted, like going to the gym or meeting a friend at the local coffee shop feels much more valuable now; Some (yoga, dance... you name it) classes that were only available in person are now available online... It's actually very interesting to see that you can find some good in any situation!
