To verify someone you need reviews, other ads, social media accounts or websites. Anything that can prove an ad was not slapped together in minutes to scam people. I've met a few with minimalistic ads who by phone convinced my they were serious. But when someone solely rest her credibility on a few pics and asks me to take her word for it, doesn't give much to work with.
