zigzagblues 1 Report post Posted October 6, 2021 Hey all! This isn't an easy topic to discuss by any means. All hypothetical at this point. Currently awaiting results but in the event they're positive, how do I discuss this without pointing blame? Do I simply say "I tested positive for "X" and you should get tested too?" I only want what's best for both of us. Thanks!
Kilt Boy 29353 Report post Posted December 17, 2021 Your original response is best. You have an obligation to give them the information that you have. No blaming, just the facts. What good would that do? It might just alienate a good relationship. Start from that position and allow for the initial shock to wear off before deciding on anything. The first reaction to this is likely to be anger.
