etasman2000 15994 Report post Posted June 6, 2011 It depends on how old your PC is. Most newer PC have 2 monitor ports, possibly one for DVI and one VGA. In that case its just a matter of hooking both monitors up and it-just-works . Failing which you would have to purchase an different graphics card. Most (dare I say all) cards you find today would support 2 monitors out of the box. What is the make and model of your comp ? TGirl-Kay 7485 Report post Posted June 6, 2011 I'm running a Toshiba net book with windows 7 starter it's a year old, I've got both screens running and can switch back and forth between them but can't figure out how to open a different window on each one. Platypus 104 Report post Posted June 6, 2011 Hi November, if you right click on the desktop and select Screen Resolution, there is a Multiple Displays option. Try pressing the Windows key and P (Windows + P) to bring up a quick menu of monitor options.
