Sorry about all the inconvenience bring to you guys this afternoon. Especially want to say sorry to the customer who suppose to have appt with Laura in downtown at 1:30. We already record down all the customers who have early reservation but can not make it for this afternoon. For your next visit, we will give you a discount for all the inconvenience we bring you this afternoon.
