The rates in Victoria range from $160 to $180 per hour for full service at an incall for an agency escort and from $160 to a little over $200 for an independant. Add another $20 to $30 for outcall. Most Victoria service is safe, BBBJs are either rare or not talked about. There is a lot of competition which keeps the price range fairly narrow. To command a higher dollar, your service, looks etc would have to well above the norm. There are a lot of young healthy college age girls providing their services here, but also a lot of older women who seem to do allright in this market.
