Moncton doesn’t work though. All other Provinces work fine. i contact their tech support and was told that they have not had any other reports of issues with their New Brunswick service, ao it must be my device. Clearly it’s not, so I recommend that anybody else having issues also contact them. I am using an iPhone to access. What are the others having issues using?
