Body Care does as well. At least they use to.

Pauline or Sarah at Michelle's provide insurance receipts.

I called them, they don't offer insurance receipts anymore.

Additional Comments:

Thanks! I will give them a call.

I remember being asked if I want an insurance receipt, that was at least two years ago. Not too sure if they still fill them out.

Tread Carefully good sirs.

Any massage practitioner who issues receipts and is found to be offering sexual services aswell can be hit with massive fines and lose their licence.

Somehow Orthotherapists (as far as I know) are the only ones able to dodge this problem...they are however also harded to get your insurance to cover.

Depending on your insurance coverage, be careful, I know Sunlife are tougher with massage receipts. They refused mine from a place on Bank St. which gives receipts and were always good. They told me the massage therapist wasn't licensed for Ontario.

Sunlife paid me for Unicorn and Shangrila. Only thing was they paid for first visit with a note that they required a prescription before they paid for any more. Got the prescription and they paid no problems at both places 90%

I think the places on the Quebec side have lower requirements for receipts to be issued, than in Ontario. I'm not sure if an Ontario insurance plan will cover a Quebec visit though.
