Any massage practitioner who issues receipts and is found to be offering sexual services aswell can be hit with massive fines and lose their licence. Somehow Orthotherapists (as far as I know) are the only ones able to dodge this problem...they are however also harded to get your insurance to cover. They refused mine from a place on Bank St. which gives receipts and were always good. They told me the massage therapist wasn't licensed for Ontario. Only thing was they paid for first visit with a note that they required a prescription before they paid for any more.
