The problem is if you saw her and required deposit but now he doesn't, then there's a chance the pics are stolen and being used by someone else. That was my first assumption here given that there are 3 different names between the leolist ad, the sign in the pics, and her Tryst. Moreover the sign was either edited into the leolist pics, or edited out of the Tryst ones. With all that being said the number matches between leolist and Tryst so it's probably legit, but these are the kinds of inconsistencies you see in scams all the time.
