While I have not had the pleasure of meeting Karina myself, her ads and recos in Hfx. alone date back to her time with BLE, ~8 years ago...since she still visits with some frequency, I'd confidently wager that her time in Halifax is as "busy" as she needs/wants it to be. 

 

Albeit, her dance card is probably filled by those who don't mind screening or paying a deposit to an obviously legitimate professional...the same folks who are most likely members of this board, but seldom, or never post, as it's effing exhausting listening to the same "Predatory-5" blasting any companion with high rates and strict screening/deposit policies, or commenting negatively to the Board posters who may openly support them.

 

The type of client that places value on the entire "experience" offered/available with a "high end courtesan", as opposed to a never ending witch-hunt for a 200 dollar happy ending massage from an Asian lady who may actually be "close" in age/appearance to what is depicted in a LL advert...

 

Personally, I find myself hesitant to post/contribute to the board anymore as when comments/opinions that don't align with the outspoken group of anti-deposit/anti-screening individuals are posted, they are typically met with little more than cynicism, and repeated statements to never pay deposits.

 

I appreciate that tastes vary, and we may all be seeking something different when we're looking to secure time in the company of a SP, so my comments are not intended to criticize those on the witch-hunt...😉   I for one, do not hesitate to screen/deposit with an obviously legitimate SW'er, and have been fortunate enough to meet/interact with some amazing humans as a result...and in what must be 20 years by now, I have never been "scammed" of a dime.

 

To be clear however, I don't waste my time fishing on LL for the "elusive gem",  where seemingly "most" of the advertisers are only phishing for what's in our wallets...this is what works for "me"...I am not a wealthy individual by any stretch, I simply prefer to save, and space out my dates, opting for longer appointments, with established professionals, that in my experience, leads to a significantly more intimate encounter. Perhaps this is not for everyone, and so be it...I have found over time that this is what best suits "my" needs, and I openly accept that this may not be for everyone.

 

I'm guessing that by posting my opinion here, I'll be further ostracized by the outspoken group, but honestly, being a member/contributor to the Board has lost most, if not all of its value imo, and I certainly no longer "volunteer" the fact I'm a Lyla member to any prospective, first time dates, like I used to years ago.

 

I'll happily "stay in my lane", as most do/should, I just find it disappointing, and disheartening, that most "traffic" on this particular site, is now steered by the outspoken few, and in a direction that will inadvertently prevent clients who may, or may not know any better, from some potentially wondrous experiences...

Trying to get everyone to agree is a pointless tast. Everyone should be entitled to their opinions. I appreciate your comment a whole lot more than Stevenwilson. I asked about a specific provider and I included a link to her Tryst page. I have read the page. I'm aware of the screening and deposit. Even if I wasn't aware I asked if anyone had experience and Stevens comment was not helpful at all. It was also not true because there's no way Karina would have visited here if she didn't have some bookings so the price isn't too high for Halifax, just too high for some people. 

Personally I've done different screening and I've sent deposits. It's certainly not my preferred method but I do understand it and if there's a provider I really want to see I will decide if it's worth it to me. The "don't send deposits" group is loud but I think it should really be "be careful and do your research before sending a deposit" and "don't send deposits to random LL posts". 

I agree with Ms Manda. Keep up the good fight. The forum is better with different people and different opinions.

Agreed. Everyone has their lane. To dismiss ladies who have a set of standards they adhere to isn't helpful at all. If you don't want to screen, that's your prerogative. If you don't want to pay a deposit, don't. Similarly, don't go and rundown a lady that requires those things. Their safety is of paramount importance. There is no need to yell IT'S A SCAM! from the rooftops especially when it clearly isn't.

Checking in as another guy who regularly sees ladies with screening, deposits, and relatively higher rates. For me, it's worth it, and I wish more would come visit.

Why folks compare a pros rates against the certainly risky and borderline dangerous finds on LL is something I won’t understand. I’m someone who meets with someone every several weeks and I’m more than willing to pay for a safe, memorable, and magical experience. For example Sweet Marina who travels from Qc occasionally, her rate is double or more the going rate of the average LL girl… the experience is more than quadruple.

I haven't seen Marina. She's that good? Better then the YFL providers too?
