Those could be real as they aren’t trying to advertise model thin women but a few things scream fake to me. First is messaging on whatsapp only. Usually a big red flag. Second the weight they both list is not correct both because of the you can tell in the pictures and also they would be dead. Text Now is another free text app that gives you a local number. I've used it for years and never had any issues.
