There are far better alternatives instead. Such as Dm the op and ask they remove the review. It says a lot about the overall experience you MAY possible have with the provider as a whole. I for one would deffinitly take it as a negative. And possible not reach out to boom at all. I’ve definitely had negative/rude interactions with providers which made me stop talking to them and not book. I remember a thread here a while ago about a specific provider who tours here and I was far from the only person who found her to be quite rude.
