Old Dog 179138 Report post Posted August 20, 2011 (edited) OHHHH MY GOD!! I have forgotten some amazing movies! Grosse Pointe Blank - John Cusack as a professional assassin, Dan Akroyd as his nemesis, Minnie Driver as his love interest, Alan Arkin as his shrink, Joan Cusack as his assistant. That movie was brilliant! The Party - Peter Sellers as Hrundi Bakshi, the bumbling Bollywood actor in probably one of the most entertaining movies ever. Who can forget "birdy num nums"? O Brother Where art thou? - George Clooney's best role. A Coen brothers masterpiece. Loved that movie. Curse of the Golden Flower - An amazing movie from China, typically epic in the tradition of Hero and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon - this movie captures all of that and then wraps it up in one of the most amazing visual treats the screen has ever seen. The colours are so vibrant, the sets are incredible... this is another one of those movies to take with you when you want to test a TV... it's an eyegasm.
