Both downtown, well known, easy access, no elevator key, good restaurant/lounge/bar on-site, both have pool/work out facilities. Fort Garry is old style CP railway hotel quite charming and well maintained. Nice comfy beds. Delta has been well maintained. Has an Elephant & Castle pub in lobby and downtown mall is across the street. To me either are good choices. Humphrey's is a scale down. No restaurant. A little like Holidy Inn Express with so called continental breakfast in the morning. Plus side is it is across the street from Earls and everyone knows about Wpg Earl's Girls.
