roamingguy 300292 Report post Posted May 23, 2012 Well a couple highlights today Got my health insurance cheque today, not a lot, but better than having money taken from me :-) Received an email from a fishing organization I used to belong to. Apparently I'm entitled to a partial refund of the membership I paid. It's not much, but again, better than having money taken from me :-) RG

mrrnice2 157005 Report post Posted May 24, 2012 I have been away for virtually all of two weeks and am home and back into my little routines. The garden is worked up and the first veggie seeds go in the ground tomorrow. I have three months to figure out how to outwit those raccoons to see if I can get to the corn first this year. tokan 16826 Report post Posted May 24, 2012 So I made a quick trip to the casino today and while walking towards the entrance I notice an older gentlemen fall over and it looks like he went down hard. So me and my friend run over to make sure the guy is all right and well he is a bit dazed. Looks like he hit his nose good too cause he was bleeding a bit, so we stick around until the security/medics got there to make sure he is okay and make sure he gathered up all the winnings he dropped. After we were sure he was okay and the medics were there we left after he thanked us. So we go inside and start playing on the slots, maybe play 5 bucks and end up winning 70. Decided to call it quits after that, lol. Somehow in the back of my mind I kept thinking, well I guess karma really does exists. Made my day anyway, lol. Meg O'Ryan 266444 Report post Posted May 25, 2012 Realizing (after a bit of research) that my 11yr furnace was not the issue, the issue was the thermostat. I ran over to the Homedepot and purchased a programmable digital thermostat and installed it myself! Now, the selling feature was that it could be installed in 15 minutes; it took me an hour and 15 but I did it! Quite an accomplishment for someone who doesn't have enough of an attention span to read directions LOL. Yippee....nice and cool in here now! Any "Housewives of Orleans" (you know who you are) need a new thermostat? I am available LOL

roamingguy 300292 Report post Posted May 26, 2012 Because of a medical condition I need to take a prescription which, not being melodramatic, is like life or death to me. But the side effects of the one prescription, well it's hit and miss in the bedroom. And Viagra and Cialis, doctor can't prescribe, doesn't combine well with my prescription But, and after posted on CERB awhile back by a lady I tried this other stuff. It took awhile to try, had to research, get doctor to say ok. This other stuff, L-Arginine. Took some yesterday evening, was told I would see results in 30 minutes. Ten minutes later, saw results :-) and they lasted. Fifteen minutes later since no ladies around, Playboy out, taking advantage of those results. Smile on my face rest of the evening. Before I went to bed, was "up" again :-) And woke "up" this morning too :-) And best, no side effects with my prescription It's early testing, but so far, well lets say I'm really looking forward to my next encounter RG
