You have to read between the lines and it is a judgment call. Because a recommendation is not written, doesn't mean you won't receive superior service from a particular MP, SP etc. It could also be that no one from Cerb has visited them or taken the initiative to write something. I agree the environment is actually very pleasant but since experimenting with other places, I have not been back. If I get a chance to stop in soon, I will pm you with what I see.
