AsianFan7 100 Report post Posted September 29, 2011 Hi, First time posting, hope I have the right place. :) I joined CERB a little while ago and been learning a lot by reading this site. (thanks!) Now, I'm trying to figure out if certain website's that advertise for service in a particular area (Ottawa) are "bait and switch" or legit. Does CERB or certain members attempt to maintain some sort of list of this sort of thing? Luckily I did manage to find out about the cowboysdiary when browsing some of the sections (excellent site)! However, the sites I have been wondering about are not on his list that I can find. But there are a lot of sites out there I realize. ;) I'm not sure if CERB rules permit me to post the websites that I'm wondering about, so I'll simply ask for general information about how to spot "fake" (can I call it that?) sites. Really, very sorry if my terminology is not up-to-par. Pretty new to this. Thanks.
qwertyaccount 15793 Report post Posted September 30, 2011 It can be hard. One way is to check the pictures with tools like tineye.com and google's image search to see if they are copied from someplace else. The best advice is to stick with CERB ladies, CERB sponsors and http://www.escorts-canada.com/

Have no complaints about any ladies I've met through either site. When I veered off those tried and true (at least in my experience) sites, well lets say I didn't have a smile on my face going home...nuff said RG
fortunateone 156618 Report post Posted October 1, 2011 Your best defense against the b&s and legit or not is simply choosing to see someone who has a verifiable reputation. You mention websites, but most sps have advertisements that you will see before you see a website. there are a number of clues in ads that show how serious the lady is about her business, her professionalism and providing a good experience. You should see a HUGE difference in an ad written by someone who cares about the impression they are making and one who does not.
BownChickaBown 4829 Report post Posted October 2, 2011 (edited) It would be easier to see the sites you are talking about then talk generalities here. Please feel free to PM them to me if you want and I will give you any insight I can with any experience I have with them. As you mentioned above, always check: http://www.cowboysdiary.info/ ...before galloping off on your adventures. Better to be safe then sorry :) Good Luck! AsianFan7 100 Report post Posted October 4, 2011 Thanks all for the information, I appreciate the feedback! I guess the best idea is to stick with sites that have been verified. I'll assume that the saying "too good to be true" with a lot of the sites out there is accurate. ;) I'll continue to read the cowboysdiary and read the recommended sections on CERB. ;) Thanks again. Andee 220524 Report post Posted October 4, 2011 Stick with CERB and Escorts-Canada. There are plenty of lovely ladies to choose from without having to use any other questionable sites. If anyone is caught trying the bait and switch tactic, they are removed. Being a member of CERB is a privilege, not a right. Welcome and happy hobbying!
