Gabriella Laurence 301887 Report post Posted November 26, 2011 No disagreement Gabriella. But there are some touring ladies who can't personally reply to emails untill back home from touring. The autoreply does acknowledge the email sent, but the lady was unable to reply untill home... RG, I will give you a personal example: when I know I'm traveling or will be unable to answer my emails within a certain time frame I include this information in my autoreply so gentlemen know when to expect an answer from me. This way, if I'm on vacation or traveling all day they know not to expect a reply before a certain day/time. They know exactly what's going on and they don't feel neglected by a late reply or no reply until I'm able to provide them with a personal one even if it takes two days. That's all I was trying to say... The autoreply is a great tool to communicate with people who contact you if you are unable to answer personally in a timely fashion. I apologise for not explaining myself in my previous post ;)
