Be prepared to pay a premium on top of the regularly stated rates. You have to consider that it's a half hour each way in and out of the city so a one hour session is ostensibly a minimum two hour block of the provider's time. In addition, many providers employ a driving service that will charge a fee based on time and distance; you can't reasonably expect the provider to absorb these costs. Good luck and happy hobbying! Being in Orleans, 30 minutes west of Ottawa, would likely end up being closer to an hour, whereas 30 minutes east of Ottawa (e.g. Rockland), would be more like 20 minutes. (Obviously for a little more $ due to gas and time...) However, that being said, you may have trouble finding someone with a car that would just header over to you with no problem. Personally, I'd be more cautious about meeting someone for the first time in neighbouring city. Not only because of safety issues, but if I have to spend an hour driving to and from to be bailed on or something, I'd be some pissed. Being an escort that prefers to have regulars and that kind of thing, I would be more than happy to work around someone out of town. You can also look in the Ottawa announcements section. When you research which lady you may be interested in just ensure they offer 'outcall' services. There are also two outcall-only agencies in Ottawa (Discrete Valley and 613Girls).
