(and hopefully other places, too.) the woman on the phone sounded much older when she answered, then suddenly younger when she realized she didn't know the voice of her caller. To relieve her confusion, I said I was responding to her ad and and she "what ad?" I apologized and hung up, preferring not to make a stupid mistake and colossal one. Did I do it right, cerbies?
