Maybe a major turn on for the man but in my case when I have squirted it wasn’t pleasurable for me because it made me numb - just my experience.

I would say... just ask, but if they don't advertise it then be prepared to accept that the answer might be "No". You should also bear in mind that providers are not performing seals and don't necessarily do stunts to order, and that pressure to provide something like this may inhibit actually doing so. There are a fair number of providers who may squirt if things go well, but who won't guarantee that it will happen.

And on a purely personal note, I think it's always best when you aren't expecting it. But maybe that's just me...

Inquire as Polite as you can,explaining your Fetish 💦💦with it. There's still No Guarantee you'll receive a reply.. But it can't hurt 😉
