Guest Report post Posted February 13, 2012 My business is still fairly new and I am finding things are slow...especially because its just after xmas. I am already on a few listing sites in exchange for adding their link to my site but was wondering if any of the more experienced Ladies had any other advertising advice. Was also wondering if you find that banners help. Any ideas are appreciated. I admire you all, it's definitely hard sometimes...(no pun intended !) explorer69 3513 Report post Posted February 14, 2012 Offer 1 time discounts for new clients. It will let someone take a chance with you, and it allows you to expand your client base. Peachy/Val did this. One time with her, and I became a regular at her regular rates . Also try the coffee card approach. One free with every 10 paid (or a variation) These will increase your business.

saluki17 1144 Report post Posted February 16, 2012 Perhaps the fact that you are not your traditional SP is having an impact, Pandora. You are in a more niche market compared to other escorts, so the number of people interested in your services is smaller. I do know that if I lived on your side of the border, I would have visited you at least once by now! Hopefully soon I can get away for another trip to Ottawa. Guest Report post Posted February 18, 2012 What I love about cerb is that you can put your personality out there and use the laws of attraction to your benefit. Keep on putting yourself out there. If you are bubbly and fun write bubbly and fun adds or threads. Be true to yourself and you will attract the right kind of clients for you. Most of all have fun and stay safe. XoXo Peachy/Val. As Saluki stated you are not your typical Service Provider, you offer a special service. But also during the year there is always dryer spell and it's normal. End of January/early February is normally a bit slower than the rest of the year...people start to receive their monthly credit card bill from all the Christmas shopping and need to pay the bills before paying for fun:) Keep your head up! It will get better:)
ulixestrojan 3757 Report post Posted February 18, 2012 I think the advice here is good. Perhaps explaining more clearly what you offer and what type of client you are looking for. As a kinkster in my private life, I know that lots of people don't understand the S/m dynamic and how it differs from the B/D dynamic. I have explored being a sub. I am not. I tried being a switch. I am not. I tried being a Dom. This works but too many rules turns me off. So, I am kinky with a dom tendency. Perhaps offering men a safe space to explore their relationship to power in sex is one way to attract the right clients. ps: Your look is delicious. SamanthaEvans 166767 Report post Posted February 20, 2012 Think about the encounters you've had that seemed to be the most successful. Who were those men? What were they looking for? What surprised and pleased them? If you want more men like them, pitch your advertising accordingly. If they were first-timers and you want to encourage more of them, be explicit about that. If they were highly experienced, emphasize that. If you feel particularly comfortable with men in a certain age range, say so. Advertise everywhere you can. The sites that are mostly link exchanges have some usefulness, but in my experience they're less valuable than the ads I pay for. That said, an ad doesn't have to cost a lot to be productive. Think about the places that men who are curious may know about; advertise there. Check out the websites of others in your area and see where they're advertising. Give photos and banners that link to your own website a different file name in each place you advertise. By tracking your website traffic, you'll soon learn which ads are piquing interest and whether that interest translates into bookings. This is a slow time of year. A lot of people who have some extra disposable income try to go somewhere warm for awhile or, as Malika points out, they pay the Christmas bills. Don't get discouraged. Spring is coming!
