unread thread listing

ok...I was away for a while.....now I am back and I can not be bothered to real ALL the threads I missed while I was away......

 

How can I delete all the unread threads?

Is there a setting in my profile...........

Or do I have to look at the last post in each one to delete it from the memory?

well under Quick Links, there is an option to mark forums read..... that will mark everything read as of today, and clear them from your cookies, etc..... you'd have to read them manually, or use this little secret trick...

Replace the last digit (5) with the number of days you want to go back.... ie 2 weeks is 14 days.

You can also double-click the dark-red folder icons next to each forum name in the list of forums (say, from the "Ottawa, Ontario" page). When it turns pale red, all of the threads in the forum have been marked as read.
