Because of some of the negative remarks I have heard guys making about ladies with implants, and to squash some of the misnomers,so I just wanted to clarify a few things,if you don't mind. Firstly,I hear all the time," they look to good to be real",an implant doesn't change the breasts appearence,it increases their volume,size.If they were pretty before they will be fuller and pretty afterwards,if they weren't"pretty" before they won't be afterwards,they will just be fuller. An implant will not lift the breast ,sometimes it can make them sag even more,because of the added weight,to address this problem,sagging, you would have to look at having a lift.They do feel and look real,in most cases,if the breasts afterwards feels hard thats scar tissue you are feeling ,not the implant,so calling them fake is unfair!The breasts are still real,flesh and blood, they just have an implant under or over the breast muscle!!So remember guys when you say her breasts look to good to be real,well they did before she got implants!!To all the implanted ladies lets celebrate our additions and to the guys and gals that call us "fake" you don't know what your missing till you try it,lol.If you have any questions about implants feel free to pm me. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I don't think that some of these guys are trying to be rude. It is just our societies language of describing augmented breasts. I'm sure your breasts are sexy and fine they way they are. All the women I've seen who had bigger breasts have made a point of stating that their breasts were natural. A lot has to depend on 1) how much you paid for them 2) who did the operation 3) how new the surgery is.. techniques and quality is sooo much improved 4) whether it's under or over the muscle and of course 5) as cristy points out what they looked like before. But one thing I take issue with.. is hard implants do exist! it's not just scar tissue. and as well..not naming names. I love women, i love the way they feel, smell, taste and what's between their ears more then any of their specific parts. I do believe our mantra is if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all. Any negative posts should be reported or you can block or ignore the person. I've seen some pretty bad surgeries in porn stars that can't really be fixed due to major damage/infection unfortunately.. usually they went too big :( Well about"fake tits",again hard implants ARE about scar tissue,if the breast feels hard scar tissue has formed around the implant ,this is coming from a surgeon,the implants don't harden,the capsule around them does and more money doesn't mean a better job,or a better surgeon.I have seen many nice breast augments done at reasonable cost by little known surgeons and I have seen a couple not so great jobs done at high cost by a well known surgeon.Also, I think refering to implants as "fakeTits" is as rude as calling an sp a whore,just saying!!Each term may have the same meaning in the end but when you want to be polite you say one and not the other. But now that I think of it, I was with one large-breasted SP who did not specify that she was all natural. All the other large-breasted SPs I have been with have all claimed to be all natural by saying so in their adds. I realize implants come in all sizes and that there are women with average or even small breasts that are implants. It just seems to be the larger breasted SPs who make a point of stating in their ads whether they are natural or enhanced. Like I said, it is to my knowledge that I have never been with a women with breasts implants. The implants I tend not to care for are when a woman with a petite frame goes way too big, to the point where they just don't suit her body type anymore. I suppose porn has also created an image of what a breast enhancement "should" look like. Rather than fake, or balloons, maybe there should be a category of porn star breasts. I've known several women whose natural breasts were so large that they were causing them other health issues, particularly back pain. They both had breast reductions and were much happier for it.
