The girls that I have been with that have allowed CIM, quickly get up after and run to the bathroom to spit. I have been through many profiles and advertisements, but have not seen anyone that even offers this. I know when I find an SP that lets me forget she is an SP and it is a totally "real" feeling GFE, it's really nice. That said, any girl that does BBBJ risks CIM (surprise!) but willing to swallow instead of spit it out is yet taking this further and, well, that seems more something for truly intimate partners in a committed relationship and beyond what one could reasonably expect in a "professional" friendship with an SP. I never asked for it but have experienced it in the most unexpected situations and I guess the surprise element was very exciting. This is however not something we should expect before an encounter unless specifically told otherwise. That said, swallowing may be appreciated by some hobbiests, I think the bottom line is to have fun. If your SP seems uncomfortable with what you are asking, you should not insist. All of the times are memorable, which is why I treasure it. I can think of one SP in Ottawa where you'll have a high chance of having this service, PM me. It's a bond thing, which I think is why SPs only do it after a few repeat visits and not for everyone. When it happened to this super hot sp on our first visit, it took on a totally different dimension: cum- hungry harlot, which is super dirty and sexy. Does the SP have cuts in her mouth (rare and one would know) You have a yeast infection (we can tell, and I for one will gently inform you if I ever cross that path) You have any lesions on your member (one should always do a visual) You are knowingly HIV or Hepatitis positive (it is illegal for you to engage an SP) Additionally, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report there have only been a few documented cases of HIV transmission during oral sex. Ever. Most STI stats are seeing a rise in the 16-25 demographic as opposed to a lowering in the 35-55 range. This is due to unprotected sex period imo. It's that immortal feeling we all have at that age I believe. An SP that offers this should: Not brush our teeth just before our playdate for a variety of reasons. Use an oral rinse with Hexetidine in it, before and after. (After discussion with a Dentist, I use Steri/sol.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hexetidine) Be comfortable with your partner Take care of your oral hygiene (it is part of your appeal) and visit the dentist every 6 months. Like everyone else has said.
