Guest s**nflute Report post Posted April 12, 2012 I happen to drive by Body Basics located at St. Laurent and Walkley Rd.to see a large OPP truck parked 2 doors from the vendors address.........is it because the OPP truck was out of fuel, or looking for a coffee and donut? whiteman 14028 Report post Posted April 15, 2012 Is this at their current location or their old location? They moved to different location within the same lot, I had heard. Their old location was near a biker church. Wonder if the OPP were praying?

whiteman 14028 Report post Posted April 17, 2012 Well then it might be wise to sit back and take a break for awhile, I guess.

whatsup 11893 Report post Posted April 17, 2012 It does project a feeling of uncertainty when LE is parked very near a known providers location whether it be an MA or SP. I have had this situtation happen 4 times over my hobbying career. Twice leaving the apt./room of an SP, Once on route to the SPs room, detour and phone call given as to why I will be late, when the coast is clear and once leaving a MAs location. whiteman 14028 Report post Posted April 18, 2012 You gotta think that this stuff can't be prosecuted anymore with the latest court cases and appeals, so you gotta wonder what they expect to achieve out of this?
cat 262460 Report post Posted April 18, 2012 If the area has a biker presence, LE may have been there for other reasons. I live in a very good area but have a subsidized building on an neighboring block. There is often police vehicles parked on our shared street and guests walking to my building see them immediately. Fortunately none have bailed because of it. A simple phone call to the location will answer your question if you know the voice on the other end. If they don't answer, give it a day and try again. They won't answer if something is amiss... cat

This establishment has been under the LE microscrope for some time now, previous to their presemt location. This is just heads up to regular patrons and the entire event can be unrelated.
