captain 160 Report post Posted January 23, 2009 on most VB boards it is under the User CP in the Navbar. However, it is not available as an option here, so it must be disabled under the admin panel... I don't see it anywhere else.... unless I am blind..... but that is where it usually is, usercp. some boards keep the function disabled, to keep the reputation givers anonymous..
