I am at a cross road with my service right now. I am wanting to no longer work in my home space, and would consider getting another place to work from. I really want to have a separation from home life to work life.

My concern is: I want a nice, well maintained place for my clients to feel comfortable. But with that will be a high cost to pay extra rent, bills etc...I would hate to move location just to find out that it may be too much for this girl to pay all alone.

Have other Sp's tried this approach? Did it work for you? Did your clients ever mind, as they may see the other lady who is sharing space? Did you make a calendar schedule, or just clear it with each other for every appt?

What about the Gent's? Would it matter to you, as long as we were alone in our love nest? Clean and respectable location as always:)

Are there Sp's in Freddy, or planning to visit here often who would be interested? If so, PM me to discuss it further!

Have you thought of using a hotel for an incall location

I don't know money wise if that works out compared to the cost of an extra apartment

But if considered factor in monthly rent, heat, hydro and furniture for your incall. And you would only need a hotel when you are seeing clients, not every day of the week 24/7 365 days of the year

Just a thought

Good luck

RG :-)

Yes I have considered this, and I find it difficult to do this. Sometimes my Credit card may be maxed out....also for Freddy, so small here I do worry about discretion if they see me always renting a room, while my address is for freddy...then there are the no show problems whereas I get the room, pay for it, then no show:(

Furniture not an issue...would not bother with cable, just internet, hope to get hydro included as well. In the long run I think easier and more functional.

But Thanks RG for your thoughts:)

Sophia, I use hotels right now and they are quite expensive. I use hotwire to lower the cost and it is still more expensive that renting an apartment. If you are a low volume escort the hotel staff don't really give you a hard time but I'm sure they know what is going on. It's a don't ask don't tell situation.

I used to work out of the apartment I lived in and I would never do it again. I have always been a low volume escort but it did get the attenshion of my noise neighbors who sat out side everyday and had nothing better to do than to poke their nose into other peoples business. It was too close to home so to speak.

If I was to get an apartment again it would be in a high rise building. Where gentlemen need a buzzer to get in.

I wish you luck in finding a place and a girl to share your place with. My suggestions are take your time and make sure you can trust the girl your sharing the space with. Take her out to dinner and find out if you guys have the same ideas and ways of running your business and make sure your both on the same page.

As a client I have no problem seeing a lady that shares an incall provided my time there is completely private.

I think sharing is an excellent idea but I caution you on how you do it. You can either go for split costs upfront or you can carry the place yourself and charge an incall fee to another lady each she uses it. The big issue is whether you would be dependent on the other person and if you could handle them suddenly leaving the arrangement.

My first serious foray into this lifestyle was in Winnipeg. The lady I saw most regularly shared an incall with another lady. It was a two bedroom apartment. Most of the time when I was there I didn't see the other lady. My SP always greeted me at the door, we sat in the living room, moved to the bedroom. If the other lady was there she usually stayed in her room until I was in the bedroom. Only once did I hear her entertaining. Must confess I found it kind of hot!

Eventually I saw both ladies, both individually, and as a duo. So it became very comfortable for everyone. They were very good friends, and seemed extremely good at working out the scheduling to minimize overlap and two clients knocking at the door at the same time. That seems to me to be the key.

Hirises are definitely the way to go and offer the best options for discretion, basement, duplex or back split rentals aren't so discrete especially if the nervous client forgets to use the side door and nocks on the front :)

The cost of running a separate incall location from your residence can get up there, I know of a few providers that have a dedicated play room for business only and that seems to help with the separation between "work play" and real life. Consider a two or three bedroom apartment for your next place while it will be a little more costly it wont be as much as two separate location would be.

I used to do the hotel thing, but when in hometown I found it tricky. As there are times were scheduals mix up...I do not drive, so cabbing to and from is time consuming and also can be expensive.

I am low volume, only up 2 appt in a day...is that low volume?? lol....and neighboors not an issue here at home, but I just want personal home space . But found the hotel I used to use started to ask questions why I live in Fredericton and yet get rooms. I used to cover it up by saying I had family visiting and did not want to worry about driving back if we should drink tonight, lol....I have been creative with my answers. But I start to feel too noticable after the 5-6th time renting room. There are only 3 places here that is worth using.

Yes TRUST is most important. And certainly would want someone who is respectable, no party, no drugs, no smoking, clean and discrete. Would most likely have to be cerb lady. I think if it were a traveling SP I would simply not accept appt for up to 1 week that she was there. To provide her privacy, as when we travel every min of your day counts.

If a local lady, then I suppose I would always be clear to confirm the day before with each other before booking??? I dunnno this is where I need help to figure out a fair way to go about it.

Thanks for your input!!!! Was very useful for me:)

I would not live there though, and like I said, if it were a traveling SP I simply would take up to 1 week off work;)

Sounds like a hot story though!!! You should make it inot a short story, hehehehe;)

High rises are definitely the way to go, and as others have said trust is critical. I don't know what rent is like in Fredericton, but start off with how much rent and associated costs will be and then what you need the apartment to generate in income. You might find that you could regularly rent it to touring ladies for less than hotel costs, but sufficient that you could cover your rental expenses in x number of days a month. Then see if the remaining days a month give you the income you need. Talk to the respected and regular touring ladies. There could be a deal to be worked out.

Yes, I agree. Using cabs back and forth is very expensive. I also find that cab drivers in smaller cities are noise as well and that you have to shut the question period down.

It is important to have a living space and a working space. If you were running any other business you would most likely have a separate place to work out of and you would place those costs as a business expense. I do find that it does help with the separation of work and personal space. As I had a bench, a sex swing and other crazy things I had to hide every time I had a guest over. I love my toys but it was a bit of an exercise every time someone came over, lol.

I did work out of an apartment on top of a house and yes I saw two clients a day. My landlords had no problems with what I was doing but my neighbors were a pain in the ass. So this is why I would do the high rise route.

You could solve the problem by doing sifts. You work at 8:00am to 4:00pm and she works from 4:00pm to 10:00pm. That way you don't ever have to worry if the other has an appointment when you want to work.

I'm glad that you find my advice helpful.

Depending on what you are looking for, you may also want to look at subletting a bachelor for a certain periods of time (most of them are 4-6 months it seem), most of the time (in my experiences),it's someone that needed to move out quickly and didn't want to pay the extra fee to move out subtle it, most of the time already furnished and utilities included.

Right now would be the perfect time to look at subletting too as the school year is finished up now for most university students, except for the co-op students and those who may have needed to make up a course or two to graduate. Also, a lot of the time you can get the sublets much cheaper than the regular rent as a lot of the students are really just looking to not have to pay for everything for the summer and would be willing to accept a bit of a loss. Knowing student residences as I do though you may want to furnish some of it yourself or you may have to settle for milk crates for furniture, lol.

To the concern raised regarding your clients minding you sharing space, speaking for myself, no, I've never minded. I've seen and not seen the roommate, depending, and my general reaction to seeing the roommate is "nice, an unexpected and unanticipated joy!".

As with any business, you do what you need to do and the client can accept it as part of the deal.

Try to find an SP that works out of her own place and pay her by the appt but make sure it is a fair fee. This is what I have done in the past. No one had a problem with another SP being there and she was very quiet and in another part of the house. They were more worried if someone's bf or another male was there which certainly wasn't the case. This is also good for your safety.

I also split the rent on a new condo with another SP in Toronto and everything was split down the middle because neither of us lived there.

I was thinking if I found traveling SP, then perhaps I would ask 400.00, they can stay at place for up to one week...that week I would not work. It may make it easier instead of the lady paying for hotel fee, which is a higher expence then my fee. Also, it is so small town here, I would not advertise so that she will do well for herself when here in Fredericton. The rest of the month I would work. Hmmmm..I might post in NB to see if there is interest. Not many travel here, but some do....But of course, I will always make sure I can afford on my own as well;)

Thanks Nicolette!!
