Boomer 33202 Report post Posted May 16, 2012 I don't think there's any best way, use your judgement. I personally like to have a chat on the phone with them the first time. Most are pretty good judges of character, so they get a chance to pulse you out. Also it may be a chance to let each know what is expected and avoid disappointments if things don't go as expected.
