Coming up in March they are conducting a needs assessment to ascertain the needs of Ottawa service providers. To do this they will be conducting 30 minute interviews with as many SP's as they can (from Ottawa). I will post again when the interviews are being started, and I urge all of you to do the interview (it is being done as Professor's research, by Chris Bruckert, a professor of criminology at Ottawa U), as the research being done directly affects you.
