Jordan Wife loves the Goodlife fitness for ladies at several Loblaws stores, she used to see a personal trainer 2x a week, until I started to run low on funding. Damn it, I need to hit a gym before contemplating that. :wink: Sorry for the hijack - I agree with Pete, burning calories should be a fun event. d*mm*y 887 Report post Posted February 19, 2009 SO if I average out the rate and say have Paige come over to my home gym, then we do a work out session and hit the hot tub ;) and then the main course the 2 hours could average out to 40+400/2 $220/ hour!!! I like that math.
