etasman2000 15994 Report post Posted March 6, 2009 If you are getting this error and are using a browser other than IE, this may be the problem. Michelle_MA discovered that switching back to Internet Explorer prevented the error. I tried Safari, Firefox and Opera on my Mac. No go. I am not installing IE on this laptop :)

etasman2000 15994 Report post Posted March 8, 2009 Ah, it could be a mac issue... My MAC is down right now... I can't even check. ;( When I click on the 'Chat Room' link it pops up the window, then gives me an auth error as before. I have to manually type in my username/passwd and it works from then on. Thanks

mod 135639 Report post Posted March 8, 2009 I tried it on firefox and IE using vista premium as well and can't recreate the same problem. Sucks cause I can't fix it if I can't see it.
