Ordinary massage does not work, traction and just pull the wide vertebral gap not going to change the highlight. Acupuncture is feasible, but acupuncture also has its indications.Surgery is the removal of the protrusion, side effects. Clinical anatomy of manipulative reduction of nucleus pulposus does have a back satisfied that the mechanism of action and the exact treatment, but within a few days after the reset must be strictly limited the activities.
